Tom Rowe

Prior to co-founding HamiltonRowe, Tom worked for a global recruitment company for 10 years, where he managed the FM Team.

 

Providing both permanent and temporary solutions to the Facilities Management, Building Services, Maintenance Services and Support Services sectors, he has built up an extensive network of clients across Managing Agents, Services Providers and Client Direct organisations.

 

Tom prides himself on forming long lasting relationships to provide exceptional career opportunities for both his candidates and clients.

Lee Hamilton

Having started his recruitment career in 2010, Lee has built up a vast amount of experience within the FM, building services, and maintenance sectors.

 

After impressive beginnings in recruitment, Lee was quickly promoted to manage the team within 18 months. After a successful 5 years in the UK market, Lee relocated to Dubai gaining international experience recruiting across the MENA region.

With a vast knowledge of the industry, Lee has built many long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a quality driven service is always delivered.
